We work with the most popular banks and e-commerce payment experts. We accept PayPal, Klarna and credit/debit cards issued by Diners Club, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Maestro, JCB and American Express.

We also support cryptocurrency payment, you can use BTC, USDT to pay.

Q2: Why did my payment fail?

A: If you paid by credit card, our system may decline your credit card payment during the checkout process for security reasons.

For this situation, here are 4 solutions for you:

1. Choose another payment method

Step 1: With PayPal still selected on the checkout page, click the "Complete Order" button.
Step 2: You will then be taken to a page where you can access PayPal and debit/credit card payments
(For the latter option, you don't need to sign up for PayPal).
Step 3: You can then complete your order using your credit/debit card.

2. Pay via PayPal or Klarna.

If you have a PayPal account, we recommend paying via PayPal or Klarna.

*Currently Klarna is only available for US orders.

3. Switch to your other credit/debit card.

4. Call the customer service number on your credit/debit card.

Let them know you are authorizing the payment. Once they are authorized, you can process your payment again on our website and the order will be accepted.
