Refund Policy

Purchased but not shipped (canceled):
There is no processing fee for canceling an order prior to shipment.

Scooter delivered (unused):
Products cannot be returned after 15 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the Wallpaper must be unused, free of dirt, dust packaging and in the same condition as when received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You will be charged a return shipping fee of up to 10%. (to be deducted from the refund)

To be eligible for an exchange, Wall-paper should be unused, free of dirt and dust, and in the same packaging and condition in which it was received.

- Customers are responsible for 30% of the return shipping costs.
- You will be charged a 10% restocking fee (deducted from the refund).

For non-quality issues, products cannot be exchanged after 15 days of receipt.

Customers must receive written approval from (BohoWallpaper™) prior to returning a product. If a customer returns a product without written approval from (BohoWallpaper™), we will not issue a refund and the customer must either pay for the return shipping costs or sacrifice the item.

If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit or refund.

If we approve your return request, we will provide a shipping label.

As soon as possible after sending your return, please notify us by emailing us at and provide us with a tracking number. Once we receive the return, we will either exchange the item or issue a refund. Refunds will be issued within 3 days. (If you used a debit/credit card for the transaction, refunds are expected to be processed within 14 business days).

If a non-returned item is returned without authorization from our customer service team, we will immediately return it to the customer and notify them. Unauthorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to
  • All accessories
  • Special orders
  • Used items, except in extreme cases such as breakage/failure
  • Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund 3 days after it has been approved, please check your Paypal/Klarna account again as refunds can take a while to officially arrive. If you used a debit/credit card for your transaction, refunds are expected to be processed within 14 business days. There is usually some processing time before the refund is credited to your account. If you have completed all of the above and have not received your refund, please contact us by email.

Shipping Damage Claims
In rare cases, items received may be damaged during shipping. In the event of shipping damage, please contact us via email with photo or video proof.

Note: We will not accept claims for shipping damage for 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

A: We endeavor to process all returns the same day or the next business day after receipt. Most debit or credit cards and PayPal accounts will show our refunds within 3-14 business days (or on your next paper statement).

Q: Does the return policy apply to products purchased at (BohoWallpaper™) BohoWallpaper dealers? (i.e. local independent Wallpaper stores)

A: Each of our partner Wallpaper stores has its own return policy and procedures. (BohoWallpaper™) does not accept returns on items purchased from Wallpaper stores. Please contact the place of purchase to discuss their return policy.
